To start the process, get a quote by providing your product or concept image and branding details, plus the required quantity and memory size. The minimum order on rubberised PVC shapes is 100, more for other materials. Once costings have been finalised, our designers create a 2D or 3D rendering of the shape as a USB flash drive, complete with branding and specified colours. 2D designs are best for logos and simple shapes, while 3D designs are ideal for products and detailed shapes. Once the design is approved and payment made, we create a mould and produce a sample for final approval, then we proceed with production. The entire process takes about 3 weeks from approval of artwork to delivery of completed goods. This can be longer for larger quantities and other materials. iii
