Screen printing is a versatile process that can be used on virtually any USB flash drive and packaging option. It achieves sharp, bright, long-lasting results that ensure optimal brand recognition and longevity.
The process is done by hand, using technology for assistance. Printers brush oil onto a film and the oil filters through a stencil to form the logo.
Each colour is applied separately and the standard is 1-4 colours. More colours can be achieved with additional layers. Hardening agents are included to ensure the print does not rub off.
However, it does not cater for logos with gradient, only solid (or spot) colours. Pantone references assist in achieving the correct colours.
Applies to: Most USB flash drive models and packaging.
