When registering as a user of Curve Concepts, or when requesting a quotation, you will be asked to provide your name, telephone number, email address, company of employment and your position in that company. This information is not displayed on any public pages and will not be made available to any other user or visitor.
You can change or delete any of the information that you have provided by logging in to your online user account. Usernames and passwords can be retrieved using the automated functions.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you are under 18, please do not provide us with any personal information through the site.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We do not disclose or sell your personal information. We collect and share non-identifying, aggregate information about our users and visitors for the purposes of enhancing our services and promoting the site.
We may use your information to send periodic communications, solicit your feedback, provide you with exclusive offers or to otherwise enhance our service delivery. Every official Curve Concepts communication will provide an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page.
We reserve the right to disclose user information in certain cases, where it is necessary to identify those who are harming the site and its’ users, or where required by law.
In addition, you may be required to provide your credit card information for purchase of goods or services. This information may be provided to third-party vendors to complete your transaction.
USE OF IP ADDRESSES
A cookie is a small bit of information that a site transfers to your hard drive and saves in your preferences. This is an industry standard that makes using our site easier and assists us with providing a better service. We do not save passwords or credit card information in cookies.
